#89168 Well, turned out I forgot to put the jumper back on the 3.3V / VCC connectors. The manual I was following show an USBTTL without jumpers and I had made sure that the 3.3V from the board was connected to the 3.3V connector of the USBTTL. But I had removed the jumper that connects 3.3V and VCC on the USBTTL.

Without it gave 3.220V, with jumper 3.7V. After this it worked.
