The person who draw that pinout has obviously misread one of the original pictures that came out in 2014 :

good news:
my tft work now, its was a few 'problems & mistakes'
1. yes the 'first' pinout on google searche is fail, the GPIO 18 is real GPIO16 and
connectet (via R2) to reset (for upload the basic)
2. i change the setup and pinout to GPIO02 and GPIO15 and now its works
many many thanks to all & have a nice weekend

wow good catch I see how that was easily misinterpreted bad font choice without a doubt. Never really messed with esp03 tbh but a good bit of information to know that can be misinterpreted and why it is.
